The DOST centers (Sustainable & Operational Social Security Agency, under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection) deliver state social services through a single window with transparent, citizen-friendly procedures. On 9 May, President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the opening of the Agency and the first DOST center in Baku's Yasamal district. The 7-storey neomodernist administrative building meets the most modern engineering-systems requirements.
